I have been treating patients of all ages for the last 13 years. I hold a 5-year Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (now HSE) and a 2-year postgraduate Diploma of Paediatric Osteopathy from the Osteopathic Centre for Children, where I continue to work as a volunteer. I am a member and continuing student at the Sutherland Cranial College and on Biodynamic Pathway as taught by Jim Jealous DO.

I am competent in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of physical complaints and use a combination of biodynamic, cranial and structural treatment approaches to aid patients’ recovery from stress induced injury or pain, physical trauma, birth or operations. Osteopathic treatment can help relieve headaches, jaw pain, upper and lower limb issues, neck and back pain, pelvic girdle pain and oedema, support babies with colic, sleeping and feeding issues or head deformities, children and teenagers with developmental challenges, tummy pains or injuries, injury rehabilitation or joint stiffness, and support those suffering with arthritis or other chronic conditions including fatigue.

As a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of both the Institute of Osteopathy and the NHS-recognised Allied Health Professions, I am proud to offer trusted, evidence-informed care to individuals at every stage of life. 

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active with my husband and two daughters, whether it’s cycling around London or going on adventurous holidays. I also practise Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga to maintain balance and vitality in my own life.
