Ms Grit Koenigs M.Ost
I graduated after 5 years of intense study from the highly respected British School of Osteopathy (now UCO) with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2016. I have since attended and continue to attend courses to enhance my skill set as an osteopath, including courses with the well-known Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy (since 2017), the Biodynamics Team (since 2021) and the Osteopathic Centre for Children (since 2022). I use a combination of cranial and structural treatment approaches with all of my patients, including children and babies.
I use osteopathic hands-on treatment to help resolve pains and strains in any part of your body, not just your back. Osteopathic treatment can help relieve headaches, jaw pain, upper and lower limb issues and improve general wellbeing and physical function. I treat patients of any age, often with a myriad of symptoms and health complaints.
As a former competitive athlete I now take life a little easier and practise Iyengar yoga and Taiji instead. I also enjoy hiking, bouldering, kayaking and skiing with my husband and two daughters, and commute everywhere on my bicycle.
It is my mission and philosophy to help relieve your symptoms and restore balance and function within your body - naturally and drug free - so that you can continue to enjoy the freedom of physical movement.
