Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotaping is a taping system that naturally assists in the healing of damaged tissue by encouraging lymphatic drainage, and by providing support to the joints and muscles without causing restriction to the range of movement.
Kinesiology tape is thinner and more elastic than conventional tape and has been designed to provide the same elasticity as the human skin. It is applied over and around the contours of the muscles and the associated joints and the amount of stretch applied to the tape can vary depending on the purpose of the application.
I offer Kinesiotaping as part of an osteopathic treatment or sports massage therapy.
